1) Dynamically balanced pulley and impeller to avoid uneven load on bearing and seal as per ISO 1940 Std for Water Pumps.

2) Leak test conducted at high temperatures discharging 40 to 200 Lt./min of flow with 8 to 15 PSI pressure & 4000 RPM for Water Pumps. 3) Gears and Shafts made from high manganese and chromium (20MnCr5) graded steel and Induction or Case hardened to HRC 55-60. 4) All our products are checked against genuine samples for dimensional accuracy.
